Just thought I'd immortalize "the perfect turkey"
(and play with my cameraphone a bit - still fiddling with the settings):


I had a LOVELY and very low-stress day thanks to LOADS of help from my dad - he always helps - and believe me, that always helps! Things went especially well today though - it was almost like we knew what we were doing, LOL ;)
