I'm Back!

I know, I know, I suck at blogging. I haven't posted in a YEAR!!! My blogging privileges should obviously be revoked. I don't have a huge excuse, I guess I just didn't have much to say that took more than 140 characters (Twitter took care of those), or that I wanted to share with the WHOLE world (Facebook rants must have filled that void). Anyway, I'm back - not that there was any sort of massive hole in your life when I didn't blog ;-)

To update, I am still in Phoenix and still living with (gulp) my parents. This is still a source of strife, stress, and occasional annoyance to the level of homicidal ideation - but I digress! I am still going to school. And I'm still vacillating between staying here to finish something in the way of a degree - or fleeing to Mexico.

I have recently gotten into meditation, yoga, and a bit of working out in general (especially via this really interesting program that was recommended to me, in which you exercise in really strenuous short bursts: PACE: Rediscover Your Native Fitness). My blood pressure was letting me know I needed to learn some better stress management techniques, and get serious about losing some weight. I will blog soon about my meditation corner (pics, etc.), but for now I'm just gonna share my current favorite CD's & DVD's. Your recommendations are VERY welcome.

I used to use Denise Austin when I needed to get in shape really quickly back when I lived in California. I love her! Keep me posted lovey!
